Hello! Welcome to Puerto Plata. My name is Nathallie Gonzalez, founder & CEO of POP Tastings.

 

I am a native of Puerto Plata and  have lived here for over 45 years. I have spent over 30 years in the hospitality and tourism industry of the city, specifically in food and beverage. I grew up directly in front of one of the most famous rum distilleries in the country, Brugal, and have become very knowledgeable on the process of rum fermentation and distillation.
